 • Germany

2. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping
 • Belgium: €5.95
 • Netherlands, France & Germany: €6.95

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

 • Belgium & Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €49
 • France & Germany: Free shipping on orders over €59


Our shipping & handling charges cover the cost of processing, packing, and carefully preparing your Heyu order for shipment.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to hand over all orders to the courier within 48 hours on business days.


Estimated courier delivery times:
 • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days
 • France & Germany: 2–5 business days


Delivery times are provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed. During peak periods (such as the holiday season), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high volume with our courier partners.


5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries. A re-shipping fee will apply for sending the order again. (see paragrah 4. of Refund and return policy)

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us via hello@heyudrinks.com within 48 hours with photos of the package and the affected items. We will replace or refund the damaged products as quickly as possible. Please check also our Refund and return policy
